Just come back from Greggs after experiencing awful customer service. The lady serving me firstly didn't even acknowledge me, just turned around and started chatting to her colleague. Then after what felt forever, she turns around and asks me what I want- making no eye contact whatsoever. Even as she asks me for the total, she refuses to make eye contact or even smile. It was as if she really didn't want to be serving me! I was too upset to say anything as I had my baby with me. But I still thanked her- some of us still use manners. She did not return the thanks btw! Although she was happy to serve the previous customer with friendly chatter and smiles so I know she's not incapable...hmmm perhaps because of my skin colour?\\n\\nVery disappointed Gregg's, please re-train your staff again regarding treating every customer equally. We are in a lonely lockdown right down- some eye contact and a smile goes a long away.\\n\\n*it was the small elderly lady with brown hair.
