Went in there today to buy a bacon roll and was served by a ginger haired lady. She asked me if minded my bacon well done.i have been served by this lady before and everything she gives excellent service.She is polite,pleasant and a great asset to the company.

Which was the first time during the whole transaction he had acknowledged usHe was so ignorant and blasé!Speaking with his female colleague about going to selly oak!Customers do not care about your personal life . I had great service here from Jodie. I got the orange latte which was lovely, but there was no Mexican chicken sandwiches so she went and checked for me if there were anymore, then she went back and checked again if there were any more mozzarella bites and in 5 mins brought out me some extra hot that had just been made! Thank you for the lovely service ???

Up the the usual Greggs standard in terms of cleanliness and food but it’s so badly run. I’m the mornings there’s always a line out the door but only one member of staff at the desk. Which is made more annoying when you see other members of staff walking out from the back only to completely ignore the queue. They also frequently run out of the breakfast items. Twice this week alone I’ve gone in for a breakfast roll only for them to have nothing left. A disappointing and frustrating way to start your morning. You’d expect them to have more staff on during the busy hours and to have enough food for breakfast aswell.

Decided to get something from this Greggs which is located in a good spot. Wanted to try something different so went with a Vegan mexican chicken-free bake. The one on display was barely warm so asked for a fresh one which took approximately 15 minutes. A long wait l know but it was nice. Normally l feel nothing but chicken will be chicken and although chicken might be better and as a self confessed carnivore l have to concede that this was lovely. The texture and the filling was extremely nice. The kick of moderate spice was just on the button. I would have it again. Also again a short review has ended up......not so short. Nice branch and helpful staff. Would recommend to all patrons of Greggs.

Dropped in there to set toddler down after a post vaccine upset. The customer service there was amazing as one of the ladies rushed an order through so I could focus on comforting child and gave some water whilst I was breastfeeding. Thank you so much

Went today. The man was very friendly but sadly my pasty was stone cold. I’m not even talking a little bit warm. It was like it had sat there for hours. I thought it would’ve been nice for the server to of told me that it was cold first, instead of just serving it me. Tasted vile and went straight in the bin. Also there was no baguettes or pasta in the fridge. Real let down today.
