Food was cold and the guy serving me was very rude and had a right attitude. Doesn't even give me the pizza slice I ordered, and then tries to charge me again for it. Avoid this Greggs and go to one of the others in town where you actually get treated with respect.

Great for getting a quick warm snack on the go after a busy day of shopping. The coffee isn't that great, but it's quick and convenient for busy people to just grab some food from Gregg's.

I go to this greggs every morning befor work and then my kids will go befor school. So on Friday iv asked for my order and ask the person serving me. not to take the money from the app. He takes the money from the app, the manager told him he should not be taking the money when a customer is asking for him not to. I go in on Monday another member of staff did the same thing. Take my money when I asked for you not to. Now my kids can't go to greggs this morning. And you want to start on me when I start to complain about it. You need retraning but retraning will not make you smart. Thanks to you my kids don't go to greggs this morning because I can't put the money on the app from where I am

Very pleasant service on my morning visit (Armistice Day).Bacon roll, latte and half litre of orange juice for under £4.50. Nearby global coffee shops can charge that price for a large coffee.Great value for money.Parking: No nearby parking.

ordered food to my house, not only was it 40 mins over delivery time, but the food was cold AND my order was incorrect. i order potatoe wedges and chicken bites. i got half a box of wedges........

Usual Gregg's offering, no complaints about food but my issue is fact that prices advertised in shop are then subject to another 25% as its in a railway station. Surely if prices are higher then this should be available to customer before purchase is rung up at till?
I love eating at Greggs, especially on my lunch breaks, however, my recent trip to Greggs in Birmingham city centre by the GDK was horrible. I got their 4 strip chicken fillet as usual and one of the was rock hard inside. I looked like it had not been properly cooked and I was left with disappointment. Yes, never going there again!

Very not kind staff. I not recommended this place!!!!!!Employees very rude. I was in this place today (at 20:15) as a PREGNANT woman and after buying a drink I wanted to sit down for 3 minutes and breathe, I felt terribly sick. an employee came up to me and told me to leave because it was takeaway only. I said I felt bad and I sit there only for 3 minutes and I leave - he laughed at me and said he wasn't interested if I’m pregnant or not and “ I can sit outside” terrible staff here . terrible place. It's a pity that such disgusting people work in such a popular place :(

They have a good number of vegan-friendly pastries now! Including a vegan sausage roll that I had that was quite tasty, and pretty inexpensive. A lot of their baked goods look delicious and some of those are vegan, too. Wish I had time to try more of them! Most everything contains gluten, though, and while I've been able to have gluten in the UK and Europe, not everyone can do that.
