Ice Cream Shops in Birmingham

“Just left the store and felt like I had to write a review about the staff there. There was a young lady with glasses and an again gentleman there. Unfortunately I can’t remember their names. The young lady was serving me while the gentleman was cleaning up the store. The server was very polite and friendly and kindly greeted me into the store. She was very patient with me and always kept a smile. I was unsure about eating the ice cream in my walk or save it for when I get home but I was worried it would melt by then, that’s when the gentleman helped me decide what I wanted to do with his useful information along with idle chit chat while I wasted for my ice cream which was very of him. The food was amazing but it was the customer service that drove me to write this review as soon as I left and I’m proud to say that this is the first time making a review, even download the app just to make this review about them. 100/10”
