Just did a online shop today, same day delivery.....left my contact number for the driver to ring me when he arrives.....he never he left all my shopping including chilled and frozen stuff dumped outside my door.The driver was someone called HASHIM.....I have CCTV footage of him doing this....and I will be taking this matter further. He needs to be informed if hes delivering someone's shopping....it doesn't matter if theyre a different ethnic race from you....you can't choose to dump it where you like. Their are words to describe this driver HASHIM. Well I'll be popping into Iceland to speak to the General Store Manager about this "HASHIM" .

This branch I've had nothing but problems with, you pay for home delivery and the once they delivered the next day instead even though they marked it as delivered..last week they gave us mouldy food and this week we didn't receive any freezer or fridge goods they said it would be here after a complaint to them and a week later I still haven't got my goods despite being charged. Be warned about the delivery service and customer care I'm loosing count the amount of money I keep loosing using them

Im placing one star due to Iceland working in partnership with Excel Parking Services Limited, signage on entrance are small and/or hidden behind biffa bins. For this reason I will avoid spending any money whether in store or online at Iceland.

Really disappointed with this store. We placed an order online for same day delivery between 5 and 7. Waited from 5 all the way up the 7.10 and nothing came. I tried ringing the store for the phone to constantly say this user is on another call. Customer services close at 5. So we are without our delivery. 80 pound down in money and the inconvenience of not having the items we ordered. We paided for same day for a reason. I will be getting in touch with customer services first thing tomorrow. Absolute joke!!!!

Ordered online shop between 12 and 2. Was phoned at 12.30 to say driver phoned in sick so won't be delivered till 5/7pm. I'm going out so that is a problem for me. Why not tell me earlier?
