I went to Iceland in my wheelchair with my husband. The shop layout and wheelchair access are as good as it can be. My husband is a vegetarian, and has noted his vegetarian food has increased since we last went. My overall opinion of Iceland is a great experience,. I look forward to shopping there again ?

Great customer service. Husband left some property at one of the tills. Phoned the store the day after (middle of a busy Saturday morning) and a member of staff -sadly didnt get his name- spent a good few minutes trying to find it for us. Didn't have to - they must have been busy but greatly appreciated .
