Don’t make complaints about the staff members, especially security because you get banned from the shop with no reason whatsoever

I give it a 3 star as the selection of food is great but the staff are a mixture of nice and not so nice Smoking outside the shop and other shops is not a good look and quite often there is only one on tills and the rest apparently doing home deliveries nice shop in Chelmsley Wood just the staff service lets them down.
No issues got what I wanted and was served straight away.

I had a bad experience today my delivery was between 12 and 2, i didn't receive my delivery so I rang them and they said they had attempted which is a lie I have waited in the manager said well he has been out to deliver I explained nobody has come to my door and I havnt had no phone call or message all the manager could say was it wouldn't benefit him to come and have to bring the shopping back and he can re deliver between 5 and 7 and i said its going to have to be that isn't it the manager put the phone down without an apology or reassurance that my shopping would even get to me so overall I think they are failing and need better customer service ,Iv also had issues in the past with missing items and damaged packaging for example eggs have been broke and tins have been dented and boxes crushed .....

Wide variety of foods here . Easy access and enough room to look into freezers at leisure .Staff are friendly and efficient.Free delivery so if you want to carry on shopping and not have the hassle of carrying bags its brilliant .Yes well worth a shop here guys .
