Visited in a group in March 2024. Firstly should say that the restaurant coped well with a large group despite some of our party being late.Food was fine, but mixed. Those that had bento boxes enjoyed them whereas others found their dishes a bit bland. I think this restaurant is fine for a fairly bog standard meal but it’s not incredible. About average compared to the other options in Resorts World. Also, toilets could benefit from a proper clean!Will likely come back if on a similar trip. Staff were friendly and helpful.

When my friend told me about a Japanese fried chicken restaurant a short drive away I was sceptical. He is a fan of the Japanese culture, whereas I'm oblivious to it. But I do like fried chicken. Great staff, great food, a bit pricey but it is at Resorts World so I believe it is in line with other establishments.

Absolutely gorgeous food and the portions are filling! The staff are really lovely!! We came here 2 nights in a row - dog friendly during crufts period!Vegetarian options: There is basically a vegetarian version for a meat version. E.g. chicken katsu has yasai katsu (pumpkin & sweet potato).

Went to Karaage on Thursday 29th February, we have been a few times before but the service on Thursday was excellent with our waitress Isabelle. She was very friendly and helpful even to the point of looking through the bin when I thought I’d lost my parking ticket! Thank you so much Isabelle. Keep up the excellent service !

Visited for lunch, basically had a bowl of egg fried rice for £16.00 with no flavour and tough chicken. I don’t believe the food is freshly prepared at all as some other reviews suggest, the meals arrived in around 5 mins so basically microwaved junk, it looked like it could of easily been a frozen bag of rice and veg from Iceland. I try and avoid places like this but needed some where to meet a friend for lunch and this looked different but left very disappointed.
