Generally the quality of KFC in terms of service and taste is dreadful in service stations compared to other drive through stores and this store is no exception. My advice - avoid all service station offerings. They send the worst produce to such places and thus you get an inferior product for the same, often higher price.

A perfect example of kanban and flow management gone wrong. The packing team were focusing on waiting for the left side of the screen to be ready whilst the rest of the orders sat and went cold despite being ready and could have been packed whilst the larger orders waited. If you have 10 slots on your kanban screen, check your hotplate and see if you can clear orders ready to go instead of making everyone wait whilst you stand around chatting!

This KFC does not give out hand wipes! Not sure why because all the other local KFC,s locally do maybe They do the same on the ingredients as the taste of the chicken coating is bland also!

Depression Era Dining\\n\\nDidn’t really have any plans to eat here. Today was a planned takeaway day but rather than binge on one meal it was small nibbles at breakfast and lunch and a plan for fish and chips later. However in the end we weren’t really hungry so skipped that. We met up with a mate here and he was hungry so we went in. It wasn’t too busy but really that shouldn’t affect food quality.\\nDecided to order a tub of Kansas BBQ Bites and a “regular” fries. After a short wait it was served but without any brown takeaway bag so needed two hands to carry it over to the wipes but still covered in crumbs table. The crumbs would have been less of an issue with the bag.\\nOn pulling my fork out of the chip bag to eat my bites, I was confronted with a spoon in all its plastic glory. After an initial attempt to cut the chicken I returned to ask for the correct cutlery, only to be told they had no forks and I had to eat with the spoon. Ahhh well.\\nAnyway onto the food. It wasn’t looking good when they tipped the contents of a larger bag of fries back into the fry station and then re-served them into my smaller bag. They’d already been sat there since I arrived. KFC fries, while thicker and skin on seem to taste like oven chips now. I genuinely don’t know how they’re cooked yet. Anyway they weren’t very hot. And onto the chicken bites. Hardly fresh and hot they had that dry, chewy texture you get when they’ve been out for a good while. The coating was slightly crunchy but mainly chewy and the meat was dried out as you’d expect, the sauce helped give some moisture to the dish and it hadn’t reached the point of inedible, but it was really substandard.\\nSo if your idea of KFC is eating lukewarm food with a spoon, this is the place for you.\\nI don’t think this review is unfair, other reviews and the overall score reflect the effort needed to improve things here. The search for forks has hopefully been concluded but in all honesty I’d rather wait a bit longer for some hot fresh food.

Absolute nightmare, got home tonight to find they had missed the 5 chips from my order.\\nAlso only 2 different dips available to choose from instead of 4. Tried to call them but no reply.\\nWon't bother going there ever again \\u0026 I've only been twice!!!\\nSo do I get a full refund KFC????

Can't even be bothered to ensure their Google pin in in the correct spot... They then tried to blame me when I pointed out it was a 1 1/2 hour walk difference... Tells me all I need to know about the customer service... Sort your franchisee out or it will have a serious effect!

I like this KFC because it's part of the M42 junction 2 motor way services which allows me to take the children to a place where we can all choose different restaurants but eat together ?\\nKFC it's self is good my son loves it and I try to eat a bit healthy these days so have the chicken salad rice box which taste's prity good and is actually quite healthy. The staff are always friendly and on the ball ?

Services clean and tidy but lad serving in KFC was rude and really looked like he didn't want to be there.
Had to wait ages for the meal because they had run out of nuggets. Problem was they made the rest of the order, so 15 mins later when the nuggets were ready the fillet tower burger had been sat waiting. Complained and was told it would still be hot. It wasn't, it was only warm. Then had to wait even longer because the hot drinks machine broke down.

Well KFC what can I say the food is not too bad to be honest when my food arrived to my table it was moderately hot so it was edible which is always a good thing. But however whenever I order an dessert from here oml I don't know what's going on because it always comes out melted for some reason and each time I don't learn and order another one I really don't know what's wrong with me I might aswell just go to Macdonald's everyone knows they are better in price and service anyways Kernel Sanders would be upset.
