Best fast food restaurant, in the area! seams it is the choice for many. KFC, as usual, is busy with online orders, but you can spend some good time in there, toilets need more attention though, but in general is 4 star from me :)

Pick up from Castle Bromwich after ordering on app. Out of stock on what I ordered ( so why was it still on app I asked and no answer). Get home which doesn't take long to find, as usual, dips missing and food was cold. This location is always slow, missing items and poor service. Always prioritising the delivery services meaning everyone else has to wait.

Ordered through KFC website with a delivery time of 20-35 minutes - 2:30hrs later no food and a cancelled order. Id be better off building myself a new KFC branch and cooking the food myself. Kentucky Fried Cancellation :(

I ordered food around this time. The order number is 379Q3. The bottle of can was missing from my order which I only found out once the delivery guy left. Right away I have called the branch- Castle Bromwich birmingham. I asked for a refund. Spoken with Shabir Ahmed and Asad Raza. They said I needed to come to the store to sort this out. I do not drive that's the reason why I ordered ot online. I have told them they needed to sort this out because I spent £3.99 only on extra charges - delivery and service fee. They said its not their problem. Sometimes delivery guys do that. I told them that's not on me as they have charged me for the delivery and KFC has contract with iber or just eat, so whoever delivered my food, they should be held responsible. And store needs to refund my money. Shabir said that not his problem and they will jot do anything about it unless I come to the store. If we keep the customer service quality on side and only talk about logic I would like to understand the logic behind this avenue to sort out customer complaint. I paid for my food, extra charges for delivery, why would I have to chase this with uber or just eat or even file a complaint with head office. Why couldn't they not sort this out and value a customer? Arshad had very carelessly told me it's not his problem and the call is being recorded. I called about 16:05 today. The food was cold and soggy. To that too he said its delivery guys fault. They did not accept any responsibility for anything. My whole point is I ordered my food directly from the KFC app. Therefore, it should be KFC who should have dealt with my complaint right away , rather than making me filing complaint here. That attitude shows they do not value their customers. They are happy to make the customers run around for money. It's not about money. It's about principles. I paid for something, and I did not receive the service. Very very poor service by Shabir Ahmed and Asad Raza to deal with my complaint actually not deal, SHRUG THEIR SHOULDERS OFF ME.

Absolutely useless, ordered food and when received the bad literally had a hand hole in it and we were missing 6 items and KFC do never pick up the phone. Best advise anyone can ever have is to not use this KFC!

If you're hungry don't go here the staff must be on a go slow 35 minutes to make a snack box and wasn't busy (I can see why ?) 2nd time and nothing has changed what a joke they are more bothered about serving the delivery drivers than the customers who are in they some people were waiting over 40 minutes still nothing changed and there was about 15 delivery drivers all getting served before everyone else absolute joke waiting 20 mins at the till to order and was told to use the machine which I said I only had cash which he then told me to wait which was another 10 minutes before he took my order then another 30 minutes to wait for the food this is definitely not a fast food place ????

Really slow service,Not many staff in there at all,Restaurant absolutely freezing,& suprise suprise no crushem working !!I think they should just remove them from the menu.Machines never seem to be working !!

Ordered food wrong food was delivered offered to bring the food back myself to have it replaced and I was hung up on twice! Disgusting attitude from the staff over the phone too.

Ages for the food to arrive . They don't seem to clean up here , mess everywhere, disgusting toilets. Not at all good.

Sat at the window for ten minutes after giving our order through the intercom to some Asian guy who clearly doesn’t wanna work there, just to be told their contactless machine doesn’t work which should have been told us by the person on intercom before taking the order and wasting our time.UPDATE: After going to Chemsley Wood one, the guy asked what side and drink we wanted with the kids popcorn chicken meal… This venues person didn’t ask this

Pretty much all of the time the food is great.... Only had one meal that was a bit old / dry. But as kfc restaurants go, this is definitely one of the better ones. I actually travel to this one instead of Shirley / chelmsley wood / Sheldon.
