It was the worst KFC I have ever had coating was think and soggy not crispy at all the gravy side was like dishwater....so bad shame ?

Used the drive and was given a dirty cup for the drink, all sticky on the outside. Asked for a clean one and they asked us to park up while they looked for one as they were all filthy! Mardy unprofessional staff that really explains why the cups were dirty. Food was under cooked so would if I were you give this kfc a miss until staff clean up their act.

Is this even a real kfc??? I mean the chicken doesn't even taste like real kfc chicken have they got the recipe wrong or something????...management please reply to me why doesn't this kfc taste like the original recipe chicken??..

It's my favourite place. ?Any time I'm in a bad mood, that's the place for me to go to relax, enjoy, and to get away from stress and the botheration.Vegetarian options: I'm not sure about vegetarian dishes yet, but I will be looking at it very soon, and I will let you all know when it comes up.

When we got our food it was cold so we took it back the lady said she would get it redone after 10 mins no burgers so I went back up and was told she forgot be 5 minutes by this time the fries and chicken pieces were cold.The second burgers that arrived had no BBQ sauce on them so they went back this time was only a min wait as they just added the sauce that's fine. The standard of the food was well below par it was in fact dried up and disgusting. We had waited for the food so long we had drank the pop i went back to the counter and ordered 2 Pepsi when I went to pay she snapped you have to use the machines if your paying card in future but I'll do it this once I cannot understand the issue there is a pdq machine at the till. The tables were dirty and the staff who was supposed to be cleaning them was to busy on her phoneBut on the plus side the Toilets were spotless

I asked for four pieces of chicken breast and because I took away and hadn't ate at KFC, I hadn't bothered to cheak.... Like who dose that ( let me know ?). Any there's only three pieces, took pictures, got picture of receipt, holla. Now the chips were slice chip wood splinters most part and 90% looked brown / stale, very sweaty fries. I am not kidding proper off and teasting weird. Like when the spicy signature kicked off no lie fire. Now it's like watered down big time and unfresh like it's something else exactly, particularly at late. Now if you go One Stop KFC it's like do you really trust the value of a ten piece chicken with signature fries. Come on Birmingham. What's going on there right now. Same with New street and the high street KFC. Let's be real please. £18 for chicken and the chicken bone is black on either end of the leg. My hands was ties by where I decided today around two hours ago to visit Perry Barr One Stop. I also feel hostility by the sheer number of..... Anyway wish I could actually see what's actually going on back there where, we would never get along type social bond camaraderie seem to influence nowadays KFC. Because I feel awkward by the whole package isn't taking away the guys whom are totally super good at the job at KFC I have nothing but admiration for you guys. Let's be real though how has the signature become what it is today ?. Not gonna spell check nor check grammar, I'm not a critic just expression my views on KFC in above areas and whether something else is behind it all other than myself and the way I look and what I'm about, my culture and what not ? will I buy from those Three KFC's again Nah. I avoid them by all cost until serious change is of note. Peace out ?

My husband ordered two meals for him and myself on the KFC app, when the order was delivered we received no fries with our meals just the burgers and dips. When we called KFC to let them know and to demand we get delivered our fries the manager Aslam said he needs to “find out whose fault it was” i said in response instead of taking time out to find out ‘who done it’, what are you going to do about our missing fries that we’ve payed for? He still continued to say he needs to find out ‘whose fault it was’ he said he would call us back in 5 minutes, he didn’t.. and we called him back after 20 minutes, he answered, and was like “oh yeah I spoke to my colleague, I can give you 2 options, you can request a refund through the app yourself or I can email you to get two meals next time you visit. Which didn’t really resolve in us having no fries, we expressed we weren’t happy and wanted fries delivered he then said to us to buy something small on the app and he will pack us our fries, which infuriated us even more!! He wanted us to pay for something small, pay for the service charge & the delivery charge again to get our fries that we’ve originally paid for! He said he was the manager, if he was, he needs training on how to handle complaints because he was so rubbish at his job, his customer service was absolutely appalling!! Never ordering from that branch or off the app again, there is also no straight forward place to make a complaint online. So shocked at the outcome we just wanted to enjoy a meal on a Saturday night which got ruined by a horrible Aslam!!
