Over all food is nice but quite often items are missing when going through the drive through. Service is always pretty quick and if mistakes are made the staff do resolve quick

Was behind the cue ready to order then after ordering and was ready to pay was told to order on the pdq machines behind if I want pay by card? Also why don'you guys do normal chips??

Terrible Terrible service I ever had from KFC. Ordered two burgers and Mighty Bucket, asked for mayonnaise and I was told (sales man Mo) that they don’t have any and I have to buy a tub for 40p ( or so as I don’t remember the actual price). He said, they had stopped buying mayonnaises for a month. He was rude and disrespectful. I asked for manager and again he said same thing . He had face on and dis respectful. Very disappointed with the service and I felt humiliated.These guys definitely need trainingI would not go back there again!!

Picked up a wicked variety meal.The chicken was over cooked and ridiculously dry. It appears it may have been sitting somewhere for a while.I have not had KFC for many years however I know what well cooked chicken should taste like.

Now this is how a KFC should be ran!It's utterly crazy to think that this franchise isn't even Birmingham's flagship store - it's a mere retail park joint. Somewhere to have a bite when you're doing the weekly shopping. Yet this easily outclasses the affront that is Hull's Jameson Street chain.The team are co-ordinated and clean, unlike the white-stained, creased uniforms at the aforementioned store, food was delivered promptly, and cooked thoroughly. The seating is comfortable and well-maintained, as opposed to the hard, filthy seating that's in other KFC franchises, and there's no rubbish to speak of.Whenever I'm in Birmingham again, this store will get my commerce every time.

Should have checked my bag before leaving the drive. Was missing one Zinger Burger. It's nice to rush and trying to give the bag as soon as you reach the pick up point but... coming home with missing items, (especially when they are the mains) not really cool. The only reason I did not come back was because family was hungry. ???
