30/1/24 I used the drive through. At the pick up point, staff member were not very polite or welcoming. Ordered a bargain bucket and the chicken smelled gone off. Had to put it in the bin. Fries were extremely soggy, don't think the oil was hot, disappointing.

We went to KFC here at Sunday 7th January.Staff were very friendly. The food (wings, chicken pieces and popcorn) were delicious.The atmosphere was pretty nice, not to much in the city centre.Overall, I would go here again.

Live in Castle Bromwich normally use that KFC there. Popped out with mother to Dunhelms opposite by tyburn island. I fancied a KFC after and for convenience used this place on Kingsbury Road. Wished i had not. 2 Meals £20. Half the chips were limp and just unpleasant and the other half were all the off cuts from previous frying. You know the ones, dark brown been there an age etc and they were cold, because overcooked fries do not hold heat. All different colours of brown. I had a zinger stacker meal and the zinger was dry and over cooked. Way darker than anywhere else. However, the Orange fizzy drink did taste like fizzy orange drink.

Great service free delivery through Just Eat. Food came very quickly delivered. Still lovely and hot and freshly cooked. Also specified certain pieces of chicken and they followed my instructions. Five stars all round to KFC Kingsbury road.

Ok so ordered a take out through just eat, food arrived cold, gravy was like tap water and chicken was not even cooked properly. DO NOT EAT FROM HERE!!!

Must say that the staff here inside the restaurant are really lovely especially the one guy, every time we visit he always brings our food to us and is so pleasant yet professional and seems really genuine. Restaurant always clean and well kept, one of the nicest KFC's I've been to.
