3 weeks in a row. Ordered on Just Eat. ETA gets longer and longer. Waited over an Hour each time, and the status did not even move on to “preparing your order”. I called the restaurant, they just picked up the phone and put it down on the side! No hello or anything. I could hear them all in the background , I waited, but i was purposely being ignored! Great service ay. What choice did I have but to cancel and order elsewhere. 3 times, over an hour each with no preparing food. Not again.

Every time I come here there always issues with them getting my order incorrect or missing items the tills are down so it’s cash only or use the kiosk the staff seem to not be very friendly either. Overall not a very good experience when I have no choice but to visit this particular

Food missing in box meal. No chips no rice. Got gravy that I didn't ask for. The bun was stale, hard. The lettuce was also stale .

Registration is there for anyone that wants to see, these 2 jokers turned up to the site to drop off a kfc, drove down the drive, then reversed back, sat there for 10 mins with the hazards on; then finally drove down to the door and delivered less than a quarter of the order. Car stunk of marijuana, couldn't eat the food that they had actually left as it stunk of cannabis. Will be reporting this to the kfc manager in the morning when the restaurant is open. Guy was built like a stick so was obviously hungry but stealing other peoples food, god help him if I see him in his Seat.

Very tasty food at reasonable prices, instant serving by friendly staff after ordering on the order screen, clean place with free parking, I'll definitely go back if I'll forget to book a table at a pub on a Saturday evening:)) KFC wanted my money, 5 stars.

I recently ordered through the KFC App, and my drink was missing from the delivery. Attempts to contact KFC Uber hotline were futile, and when I called KFC King Norton, the representative hung up on me. This level of customer service is unacceptable. I hope management addresses this issue promptly.

I tried to place an order at the till with a visa card and was refused. I was told to use one of the electronic ordering stations. I was advised it was franchise policy. ...even though there was card machines at the till. I don't like using electronic kiosks so left and took my business elsewhere. Wont be going back.

Pretty bulk-standard KFC location. Ordered from there earlier tonight, decided to just have a light meal of popcorn chicken and signature fries.The rest of my family ordered things to their likings too, and we ended up with an extra thing of popcorn chicken that I wound up eating.The delivery didn't take long, and as such, the food was still steaming by the time it arrived. It was very flavourful, especially the chicken itself. Will definitely be ordering from here again.

The staff for drive through were so friendly and smiley. I usually don’t write reviews but they were so positive and accommodating I wanted to share. The male server even gave me proactive guidance on the chips not being vegetarian.
