Hey Colonel, I've got a bone to pick with you ! I ordered a delivery last night and instead of the two meals being presented in individual boxes it was in paper bags "thrown" Into the delivery bag, poor show KFC buyer beware !

The food here is okay. It's average tasting but not the best.One thing I can say though is that it's definitely better than pepes chicken which is right next door to it outside.

If you make the bad decision of ordering from here, best to keep your order to a single item. The workers may look mostly young, however, they must be OAP’s because they all have dementia and will without fail forget multiple items out of your order.

"I ordered a meal for my family and kids, which included a fillet burger to take away. However, when I received the burger, it looked unappetizing, as the bread was rock solid, the patty was of poor quality and the salad seemed to be a month old. It was evident that the meal had gone through several hands before reaching me.When I called to report the issue, the person on the phone responded rudely, saying, "So what do you want now, a burger or something? Come back, and I'll give you one" "I had to travel 8 miles to get to the restaurant, but I went anyway, even though the experience earlier had put me off my dinner. Unfortunately, when I arrived, the guy who was supposed to assist me was hidden and his worst employee was left to deal with my request. The lady was extremely rude and acted like she was doing me a favour. She kept asking for a receipt or an order number, which was frustrating."

God knows what happened to this place. Maybe the chef's change? It's always better, but last time, I had the worst experience. The chicken in the Stuffed Stacker burger was so small fillets in it. I complained to the staff, who didn't have a clue first, but after I told them that this is serious because KFC is a brand its not a some random corner shop takeaway, they changed the burger and this time the burger literally over cooked. The fillets were absolutely thin and long coming out of the bun, but no tenderness, no juicey at all. Felt like waste of money. Rest chicken pieces and fries were alright. I'm very disappointed.Please check your burger before taking a bite.This branch was always good. They needed to come back to the standers.

can't even pack a standard order correctly. Absolute inadequacy. Sent me the complete wrong order. Instead of a boneless 12p piece feast you idiots sent me 5 pots of mash potatoes?? You're complete degenerates and will never amount to anything more than working weekends in a fast food restaurant.

ordered from here many times and food has always been good. Only reason its marked down is because they run out of items well before closing and if you have ordered through their app it causes chaos. The order is accepted even though they dont have items.
