Always love popping in here on my lunchbreak or after I have finished work.They had their Xmas themed doughnuts in today so ended up buying 4 doughnuts instead of 1.The lady who served me, Jojo was lovely. Her team member Ian has served me in the past and he is always nice as well.Parking: If its a weekday not in the holidays you can find a parking space easy for the Selfridges car park.Kid-friendliness: Kids are very welcome in all of SelfridgesWheelchair accessibility: Very easy for a Wheelchair to access Krispy Kreme here in Selfridges.

The lady serving was rude and grumpy. We asked for milk shake for our 5 year old after we paid for our order but was denied in a rude manner as there was a customer behind who wasn't ready to order. A smile and a simple explanation would have been enough for us to return and order shake for our 5 year old.

Really poor customer service. The staff lounge around and behave irritable when placing an order. There is no smile or greeting just feel like a nuisance as a customers although help pay their wages. It is this particular store they seem to have no common sense in how to behave like they are working. They behave like they are there to socialise with each other. Please train your staff members

Someone jumped the que right Infront of the lady serving. She took no notice to correct the matter. I was then served, given further attitude and after getting my order, felt cheated and provided second class service. Shame. You can do better. The manager in charge needs a reality check.

Doughnuts are good however I ordered about 10 boxes for fundraising. I sold them for charity and 1 customer had only received 8 instead of the 12!! You can also see the syrup was only on them. VERY unhappyEDIT: In another box, (it was sealed) THERE WAS A HAIR!! Do you know how unhygienic that is? VERY VERY unhappy with this service ?

Used to be a big part of the selfridges store where they would freshly make donuts, now a franchise stall/van with very limited options. It's gone downhill by franchising out while the donuts have gone more expensive. Can't use smile points here. Alsol young male staff ignored me several times to watch football.
