VERY BAD SERVICE AND RUBBISH MANAGER DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO HANDLE THIS KIND OF PROBLEM AT ALL! this is ridiculous I have ordered through mcdonalds app and everytime my order arrived same problem missing order and its because we had enough of it coz it happens many times already we went to them and make a complaint but they pass the blame to the UBER EATS because they said the money goes straight to the uber eats but my point is, THE ROOT of the problem is not the uber eats because they will only collect and deliver it my point is the staff, the one who prepare our order should DOUBLE CHECK IT EVERYTHING! before they sealed the bag as simple as that! but they dont do it & it happens to me whether in uber eats app or mcdonalds app many times already and the manager said because I ordered from the mcdonalds app thats why there's a problem I dont think so there was a problem from mcdo app coz in the receipt everything I ordered was in the receipt and its so funny now coz this time they're blaming the mcdonalds app first uber eats ? nonsense alibi from the manager they just wont really accept that its their fault I dont think so there's difference between mcdonalds app or uber eats app they're just the same its just annoying because its not our fault its not uber eats fault IT IS THE STAFF's fault and they wont ACCEPT THE FACT THAT ITS THERE FAULT!! and they wont even give the missing order after all the effort to go there coz we've just had enough AND AGAIN MY POINT IS WHO EVER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COSTUMERS ODER SHOULD MAKE SURE TO DOUBLE CHECK IT BEFORE YOU SEALED THE BAG AND STOP BLAMING THE APPS FOR YOUR MISTAKES to avoid this kind of problem ALL THE TIME! thats why people do delivery and paid for the expensive delivery fee coz you dont know what people's been going through all night or during the day and this happened & this is not about the money as well its the hassle and the stress that you will receive from them!

Absolutely awful experience food was ordered via just eat it says was delivered. It never came made 3 hungry people not happy. No answer from phone call made to restaurant many times. Took over 48 hours to get refund.
