We were in the area and decided we would stop here and get some breakfast. We ordered our food at one of the ordering screens. Which we had porridge, and double egg mcmuffin meals. We didn't have to wait too long for our food, as it wasn't very busy inside. There is a table which has a projector above which allows you to play 4 different games using your hands as controls on the table which was good and haven't seen this before in a UK branch. There is a table which has some of the tablet computers on which you can also play some games. There was a friendly member of staff (I believe his name was Richard) who showed us how the projector games work and about the games on the tablet computers. He also brought our food over when it was ready which was nice. The food was good, your usual standard for this chain, the porridge was good, better than I thought it was going to be. Overall the place seemed clean, the staff friendly and helpful. The drive thru was more busy than it was inside.

Missing items on order paid for. Arrange replacement on next return. Go back and refuse to give items to you. Shame on you, scammers.

Called in for food tonight and it took 30 minutes to get through the drive through ( thought McDonald's was fast food, ). Seems like Uber Eats gets priority these days. No sorry for the wait or apology when we asked what was the wait tonight. Poor service poor customer service and won't be using this McDonald's again

Greecy hashbrown!! Hard pancakes, undercooked sausage. Just a waste of time and money! And calling to complain, the manager a man.. didn’t get his name he said I would have to take it back to them for a fresh meal.. I told him I don’t want another one it’s put me right off and why should I have to go out again now to take it back!

AWFUL. Took an hour to come! Half my items were missing and oh… I found what appears to be rat droppings in my nuggets!

My son has just been in to buy food spent over £11 one of the items were a happy meal, for a 2 \\u0026 a half year old, he gets home, instead of chicken nuggets, garlic balls put in!! For a happy meal!! He’s returned back to Coventry Rd, to be given his order over again! Which for two people this isn’t what he needed, just the nuggets sorting, the happy meal, he wanted a refund, only fair to have this, instead they double up on the order, what a complete waste of food, both lots of food ended up COLD!!\\nSaid they couldn’t refund!!!\\nGarlic balls for a 2 year old!! You made a mistake, refund could of been done!

Customer service is poor from the management. Missing food and false advertising every time i go. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR FOOD IS THERE BEFORE YOU LEAVE. I have been to this restaurant twice and have not had a good experience on either occasion. No milkshakes to simply not giving the correct order out, to niw serving a double quarter pounder on a very dry bun, that should be for a much smaller type of burger. These guys should be embarrassed. KFC from now on .

Almost a fanfare welcoming being the first sit in customer in over four months. I enjoyed a Flat White coffee and a hash brown.\\nWill probably be busy later, but bear in mind you order on the way in before you get to the counter

Waited really long, cheeseburger was crap( cheese all on packaging) chilli wrap had no sauce (literally no sauce, just meat, salad and cucumber), ordered cappuccino but it wasn't on receipt nor I got it, asked for ketchup - got nothing and again waited like 20 damn minutes to get the order. CRAP, CRAP, CRAP AND VERY CRAP MCDONALD'S
