It’s McDonalds, a global fast-food chain, not a Michelin-star restaurant. You know what you are paying for: cheap, greasy, salty, prepackaged - yet ashamedly tasty - junk food, served by minimum-wage workers - most of whom are young and unskilled, and just doing this part-time whilst they study, or find something better. So, how high can expectations truly be? At best: it’s hot, at worse: it’s cold. The food is fine; the service is fine; the atmosphere is about as tragic and weirdly depressive as it is in just about every McDonlads. But it’s mostly a delivery kitchen these days, anyway.When I went, two staff members were engaging in a heated argument in which a young chap was throwing obscenities and making threats to a young lady - the other staff just looked on - they had facial expressions that displayed dismay, but also boredom, which signalled to me that this was not an irregular occurrence. Was rather entertaining to watch, I must say, until the young chap looked as if he was almost going to punch the young lady square out!

Yet again more incompetence. Ordered on Mcdonalds App for delivery. Order was delivered by Uber. Food arrived cold and one item (burger) was missing. Spent the next 22 minutes on the phone trying to obtain a refund for the missing item. Item was refunded but not the correct amount. Doesn't matter if you dine in, pick up or receive a delivery from this branch their are always issues, usually with items missing. I should have learnt my lesson along time ago to avoid this place. Never again!

Ordered through Uber Eats. Food took 1 hour to arrive. The burgers and fries were stone cold and the Mc Flurry had completely melted. Worst McDonald's I have ever had0
