I asked for my steak medium rare, it was overcooked. The skin on fries and onion loaf was rock hard and inedible. Embarrassing because I was taking someone who doesn't have a Miller and Carter by them to 'the best' steak place in my opinion and it was a let down.

Chloe was exceptional and was attentive when waitressing me and my fiancée. She checked in at the perfect time. Great employee of Miller & Carter.Food: it was “okay”. Mac and cheese wasn’t the best. Garlic mushrooms were flavourless. Fillet steaks were pretty dry and cooked above the grade that we requested.But Chloe was amazing. Thank you Chloe for making our experience amazing as the food wasn’t the best!

Lovely dining experience here on valentines evening with my partner. We booked two weeks in advance online and paid a deposit to guarantee a table. Although it was a busy evening, the service was on point. We had a friendly waiter and although we had a large order, it all came out within good time, fresh and tasty. The lobster tail was succulent and flavoursome. Our mains were steak and lamb dishes and they were cooked to perfection. Couldn't fault the food, atmosphere or service.Mailbox in general is a nice place to dine.
