I ordered the Garden Party Pizza from Papa John's, and it was amazing! Fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I was craving. The veggies were top-notch, and the crust was perfection. I would recommend you to go for thin crust!! I complemented this with Garlic Bread which was delicious. If you're a fan of veggie pizzas, this one's a winner!

My 11yo ordered a pizza while I was waiting in the car and had to face the most inappropriate behaviour. The guy at the till made her feel terrible, asking her the area she lives in, the reason she was in KH, even the name of her mum!!! Finishing by " you are very cute, any chance I could follow you sometimes". Be careful people!! ( happened the 14/10 around 12.20pm)

I would give no stars if I could...Ordered a pizza tonight online, and then tracked it online. After 10mins was showing as cooked, so assumed delivery would not be too much longer. HOW WRONG COULD I BETH'S!! This tracking did not update again then to being out for delivery for an hr and a half. Numerous phone calls to the store over this time all went unanswered. When tracking finally updated after nearly 2hrs after ordering, it went straight to showing as delivered. It has never been out for delivery, and I believe it has just been sat on the side for soooo long that staff in store have just cleared it off the system. Still, nobody answering phone, and I will be left with no food and trying to get refund. HORRENDOUS SERVICE. I WILL NEVER BE ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN, AND RECOMMEND NOBODY ELSE DOES!

AVOID!!!!! Delivery window given was 23:30-23:50 and the food was eventually deliver at 00:55. We phoned the store several times during this period and the manager was rude and unhelpful. When the food eventually arrived it was cold. Looking at the other reviews this seems to be the norm - avoid this place like the plague!!!

Kings Heath Birmingham store is a disgrace. Disgusting cold food , wrong ingredients . Poor quality pizza. This store needs a review on the people running it. Highly suggest don’t use it.

I made an order online it didn't go through but the money was still taken from my account, when I called up to enquire about this the man I spoke with was not helpful at all, I didn’t appreciate his tone and he was very rude, learn some customer service skill.

Good quality pizza freshly baked. Vegetarian options are plentiful but could do with some extra variety. Atmosphere not applicable as it is a takeaway service. Quick service and good value with promotional offers readily available.Vegetarian options: Could do with some more variety but some good basic options.
