Overall, I am very satisfied with my dining experience this time. The restaurant's website provides online table reservations, and I made a reservation one day earlier. When we arrived, the restaurant already had our reservation information and assigned a dining table. The environment there was very comfortable, the lighting and decoration were harmonious, making us feel relaxed. The waiters are friendly, polite and responsive. We ordered appetizers, pasta and pizza and the food looked and tasted great. What is less than ideal is the location of the restaurant, which is far away from New Street. The price is reasonable and I will recommend it to my friends.

Good food, nice location but lacking in the service department (wrong dish + one rude waitress).

If you want to have Italian dish on your table this is the right place for you. But it tastes nothing like Italian. This one was our third visit and probably the last. First visit was great, food tasted as it should. Second was not that bad. But our recent visit was disappointing. Food simple doesn’t taste anything. No seasoning, not salted, just plain.Waiting time is also longer than it should be. Specially if there was not many guest there.

Poor service, don't drive there, cars targeted by thieves, and the restaurant will go out of their way not to give cctv for an incident. Food was okay, not worth getting your car broken into though.

Very disappointed with the service. From the minute we got to the door, it was clear that they had over booked as we were waiting in a queue outside in the entrance to be booked in. Whilst moving down the queue, we chatted to a table who said they were waiting to be moved as the door was constantly being opened due to how busy it was & it was cold so they had complained. The people on this table were then moved & we were then allocated to their table, which I refused after knowing why they were moving! My parents are in their 70s with health issues & I was not putting them in the cold just because our table got allocated to those who complained. We were then told we had to wait for a table, yet the people behind got allocated to a table whilst we had to wait!?? 25 minutes from arriving, we were finally shown to a table, but it was a put together! One round & one square. We had no choice but to sit there as there was no other availability with how packed the restaurant was. We had to ask to be served for drinks & ask where the starters were, after asking they appeared within 30 seconds so it was obvious they'd been sitting waiting for someone to bring them to us. Main & dessert service was fine. There was no Happy Mothers Day or any personal touches to mark the day, where other restaurants I've been to definitely make an effort! The issue here was that they had crammed too many people in & could not cope. They completely lost the personal touch. From the lady checking us in who seemed stressed as there was a line of customers waiting for tables to the waiters/waitresses were run off their feet. It was a terrible customer experience from the minute we arrived for what should have been a nice day. I booked this in January on recommendation & safe to say we won't be visiting again. The only saving grace was the food, so compliments to the chefs because the food was lovely.

Mixed experiences, some dishes were fine, such as the prawn linguine but the lasagne was burnt on top and covered with parmesan. The mixed salad was a bag of leaves with a couple of cherry tomatoes and slices of cucumber plonked on top. A bit disappointing.Dietary restrictions: Not much for dairy intolerance....
