Visited today and girl at the till was so moody, it took ages to get a refund, there was a man she kept calling for help. I tried to buy a girl card and that took ages because it wasn't scanning, he came to help again and neither of them apologised at how long everything was taking, so I said forget the gift card and that I wanted to let them him know his colleague is super moody and had ruined my experience at the store and will probably put other customers off too. She replied sarcastically saying that's for letting me know, he just stood there and literally said nothing, I think he was meant to he senior staff too. Appalling.

One stop is a lovely place to meet up and go for lunch or coffee or a shopping day out. You are always guaranteed a bargain somewhere.

I'd like to know what is being done regarding the large amount of begging that is non stop now in this car park from those who are not even homeless? it is making me feel increasingly unsafe especially given now the asda entrance is closed and its quite a long walk from the car park to the entrance? I have also read the report of the 80 year man who had his car jacked on Monday afternoon in Broad daylight. This is disgusting and something needs to be done to make this place safer!
