I've never had any issues with their food. It always arrives hot, fresh and delicious. Always delivered on time and securely sealed. I have no complaints as of yet.

Very poor customer service and really long waiting times for 1 cookie dough to be prepared- literally waited 45 minutes for them to make 1 cookies in an empty store. Weird!!

Food was hot and exactly what we expected but considering we spent £35 I was at least expecting a couple of garlic dips thrown in as a freebie. Phoned Northfield to ask why they hadn’t included any, only to be told you now have to pay for them and they’ve stopped giving them out as freebies.We’ll use Dominoes from now on, they still like to please their customers.
