Staff are incompetent and cause dangerous issues for customers. Avoid at all costs. The member of staff working today managed to upset 3 customers in one go by being unreasonably bias to one (refused to issue fuel randomly without number plate while serving all others), harassing another skip driver for no reason other than to be nasty, and misinforming/miss-selling to another. Awful place - can’t get closed down quick enough!

Don't bother with this place! Incredibly rude staff. Asked in store if I could use my key fuels card as it was advertised on the website, to which I got a response of 'only Diesel' anyone with a brain would assume that means Diesel only and not petrol. But no, it actually means basic Diesel only and no V+ Diesel. Casher wasn't prepared to allow my office to pay over the phone and denied that he clearly didn't communicate with me correctly.The customer service skills about as useful as a chocolate teapot!

This is my local shell. I spend about £100 weekly now going down hill if you do not position your self to the cctv cameras first u may wait 10 minutes to get pump start avoid this garage and the cashier do not even bother to speak English

This is my local petrol station. And the in the mast few weeks the customer service and shop items seemed so different to me. Ended up talking to one of the cashiers on their break who told me it’s come under new management. Well whoever you are Mr Manager keep it up & I’ll definitely be sending my friends and family to try out the dunkin donuts at your store.
