Ridiculous service iam a regular customer to put fuel in stechford fuel station i always use cash when fuelling. Now they saying pay first before fuelling iam always doing top up i dont know how mch to put fuel plz change this service otherwise i wil avoid this fuel station
Absolutely disgusting and rude behaviour by member of staff at 10pm tonight, if your so unhappy with your job then find another, you get paid to do a job so be professional about it, very poor standards of service by Shell and I will not be using this service station again, sort it out.

Great customer service but even the workers seem confused as to why the price is so high compared to surrounding stations, surely the providers cannot differ their prices to that degree.
