Lovely atmosphere. Really friendly staff, great show, the chef engaged well with us. Me I had the sea food royale and my partner that the meat dish and it is plenty of food. Thumbs up all around. It was my birthday and they even went out their way to pop a candle and sing happy birthday too me which they didn't have to do.

Very bad experience!We have to wait for ages for the food.It is been around 30mins when we got the first dishes and the gap between each dish is making me unpleasant, it was too long.Will not come again. DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO YOU GUYS WHO ARE IN AN INTENSIVE TIME PLAN.

Booked for Valentine’s Day, and paid a deposit for the booking. Nowhere was it written that there was a set menu with only two options for that day. Neither were we told on the phone call during which the deposit was taken. We weren’t happy with the two options given and the £79 price point so we asked to spend our deposit on drinks and leave. We were told by the manager who was wearing sliders (such an unprofessional work wear in a restaurant at the cube) that we couldn’t do that, and there’s no way we will get our deposit back without spending £79. And were very rudely told that we should have asked about the menu when we booked - when all menus were shown available, the ‘special valentines menu’ did not state that it will be the only menu available on the day,and normally a set menu is an option given but not the only option. The restaurant we ended up dining at also had an optional Valentines menu which is the standard.

My third time & this experience was excellent using the Groupon 5 course meals offer.Staff were helpful & friendly, manageress Billie, waitress Aarishi & chef Justin was great & funny.Definitely coming again with family & friends.
Love this place so much! I've been a few times but I surprised my friend with a visit. The Teppanyaki is a theatrical experience from start to finish. Audience participation just adds to the fun, but they don't force you to get involved if you don't want to. The food is incredible. The flavours, smells and taste make you want the meal to never end (even if the waistband on your clothes is telling you differently ?). The service is top notch, you're made to feel like life long friends. Just incredible!

Visited 29/1 didn't know what to expect, started off with bowl of salad then spring roll, then bowl of soup/broth all delicious, then the real theatre began chef cooked garlic vegetables rice eggs prawns salmon and chicken if front of you, all delicious, amazing experience would definitely go
