Easy to assume that one Starbucks is like another - the food and drinks are supposed to be consistent, but the thing that makes this branch stick out is how nice the staff are. None of the forced smiles you sometimes find, they're a genuine bunch trying their best to help out customers. Coffee well prepared too of course. Props to them.Dietary restrictions: Good allergen/veg/vegan optionsParking: Plenty parking, well marked and signposted.

Let me start off by saying I love star bucks but not the one n Northfield the lady's that were on shift that day were rude and stood there talking to one another ( about a date one off the ladys had been on ) while I wait patiently to be served for 20 minutes in the end I got fed up off waiting and left

Came in to pick up a mobile-order from the app before work. Waited at the collection point for around 10 minutes, and was not once acknowledged by any of the 4 staff behind the counter. One female staff member continued to call out orders for other customers to collect, made eye contact with me standing there, and then went back to talk to another member of staff while she was making a drink. After roughly 10 minutes I had to shout 'excuse me' across to her to finally be served and received no please or thank you, not even a smile. Staff are very unfriendly and clearly don't care for customers that are waiting. Won't be returning to this particular store as I've received much better service in others.

This is one of the few franchise coffee shops that does seating for working and studying right. The staff are friendly and patient. The atmosphere is good. There is a good balance for people who are working or studying and who are relaxing and having a chat. The coffee is consistent and smooth. The toilet is kept clean and in good order. Only issue I have is that I would prefer they give whole milk over semi skimmed.

Had an issue with Uber eats which resulted in me not recieving my drinks that I order, and I still got charged for them. After a few stressful days of trying to sort it I went to Starbucks to ask if there was anything they could do. The staff were so understanding and so kind. Some of the greatest customer service I have ever received! The staff were very helpful and I cant thank them enough. They also make the best caramel frappuccinos!!
Gone down hill; the same staff consistently get basic orders wrong with drinks. E.g small amount of milk but put copious amounts of the incorrect milk. Forgetting extras, e.g syrup or whipped cream.Not providing cutlery for egg bites, food is burnt and oven broken with burning smell - breaking health and safety guidelines.Selly oak Starbucks is much better.The management at this branch need to promptly sort this; my company with 100’s of staff are always complaining about the poor quality of this Starbucks on the way and we are looking for other more attentive options - e.g Costa or independent coffee shops.

i went here with girls from work i waited ages for my latte when my mates all had theres , i had to go and ask where it was and still waited ages for it to be done and no apology on my wait !!! The staff aren’t too friendly
