It's OK, just a little sterile. Big open areas with limited seating around the outside edge. Good coffee. ?

Rubbish service from a guy who couldn't be more bored when served and managed to produce a chemically smelling liquid, hardly can call it late.Never again!

A favourite place for me to pop in and have a coffee. Great friendly service and always clean and tidy unless it's really hectic in there. My only pain in there is people who seem to work there all day and taking up seats.

Honestly I will forever be a customer of Starbucks due to this colmore row branch.I was having coffee with my girlfriend at the time and we had an argument which resulted in me leaving without my rucksack ?The team were so good that they safely kept it for me till I was able to come back. God bless this branch and staff.

I stepped into Starbucks and immediately, the atmosphere felt like a warm embrace. The staff, wearing smiles as their uniform, made me feel like a cherished guest. From the very moment I walked in, I knew this was going to be a delightful experience.Let me tell you about the Almond Croissant – a heavenly creation with a flaky crust that seemed to melt in my mouth. The almond cream filling was like a secret treasure, rich and velvety. This wasn't just a pastry; it was a work of art, carefully crafted to perfection. But the surprises didn't stop there. The Banana Caramel Muffin was a symphony of flavors – sweet banana dancing with luscious caramel. And that topping? It wasn't just a topping; it was like a delicious crown, adding a crunch that was incredibly satisfying. Believe me, this treat is a journey you won't want to miss. Then, there was the Blueberry Muffin – a burst of tangy and sweet berries in every bite. The sugar-crusted top was like a sweet secret waiting to be discovered with every mouthful. I couldn't help but close my eyes and savor the blissful moment. The pain au Chocolat was a rendezvous with sophistication. With each bite, it was like I was transported to a charming French café. The fusion of flavors was like a dance of elegance and comfort in my mouth. And let's not forget the Chocolate Twist – it was like a playful game of hide and seek with chocolate surprises. Every twist revealed a burst of cocoa goodness, and it was perfect for anyone with a love affair with chocolate. So, here's my advice: plan a visit to Starbucks, indulge in these delightful creations, and then come back to thank me for introducing you to this world of taste and wonder. Your taste buds will thank you!

Air conditioning high and annoying, I will not come back 'more', the air conditioning should be accessed only if outside there are 25 degrees. I do not understand with 16 degrees what air conditioning is for.

Came to try the new iced pumpkin spice latte. Staff member Klauda was very lovely, fast service with a smile. Definitely recommend this Starbucks for great service and great space for sitting down.

Convenient location, seating is around the edges against the walls. You don't need a code for the toilet, which is a bonus. Drinks were made hot and quickly. Staff were polite. Wheelchair accessible entrance.

Coffee too milky and served in a paper cup whilst drinking in, laidback service.

The seating arrangements are ideal and has sufficient privacy which is exactly what's needed in a posh coffee shop. The service is efficient as usual. The atmosphere is pretty cool & enjoyable. Overall, a lovely place to sit, chill or do your work.

Worst service I have ever experienced in a Starbucks anywhere in the world. Rude, arrogant manager. I forgave him/them once for his rudeness, and also another time for a young woman server making a total mess of my drink, but when the manager refused to open the toilet for me (I’m disabled) and told me to “f*** off”, that was the end for me. Staff say “He’s always like that” when pressed. Someone else (outside the store) told me “He’s a well known racist.” Starbucks should get rid of him. I’ve made a complaint to the U.K. headquarters.
