Honestly honestly the best customer / client service. You could possible have. You can walk in from all backgrounds of life and be greater with kindness from smiles, and experience. I went in not feeling at my best. But honestly they never failed to brighten up my day. They have food that meets all joy. Whether you want to pop in quickly to take away. Go in and stay in or from they bring it home option. I can honestly say, I think there’s nothing startbucks could do Better, they key to keeping their customers happy is definitely shown within their staff. And the brand as a whole seems very lovely from this view Point. #Greeted with kindness.Vegetarian options: They is definitely options at Starbucks and it astectically speaking and is attracting to customers from all works of life with this view point. i came into starbucks on monday for the first time in a few years, i was served by a very lovely lady i believe her name was Laylah. She had a very contagious smile and a positive attitude which was very welcoming!i asked if she could recommend me a few drinks as i hadn’t visited in a while, one of the few drinks she recommended was a caramel frappuccino which i what i ordered.The drink tasted amazing and was made so quickly.Laylah’s customer service was very welcoming and helpful, i will definitely be visiting again in the future :)

Great cappuccino from Affi , Moe and Laylah during my stopover at Birmingham Station. The service was quick (one of them was cleaning the room so that' s an extra as I value cleanliness) and they were all very friendly. I have also asked information about charging points at the station and they gave me all the info I needed. Recommended.

I recently visited this Starbucks location, and I must commend the friendly service provided by the gentleman at the front counter who efficiently took orders. However, my experience was marred by the demeanor of the lady making drinks. While I understand that everyone has their own personal issues, it's disheartening when the quality of my drink seems to suffer as a result. I ordered a white mocha, but it tasted more like a standard mocha. If I had wanted the standard version, I would have ordered that.
