During off-peak hours, it’s almost like closing time: there are very few foods to order.

Considering how many people walking through the doors of the NEC want a coffee, I think they do very well.Very busy today but they still managed to create a nice flat white in a reasonable time.

What a great service! Amazing people working under high pressure (I visited during campervan show) yet still with kindness, friendly approach. Coffee delicious. Thanks!

This is for Starbucks inside Birmingham airport at the gates area. Very unpleasant unhelpful as they were about to close, which I understand but passengers like us were stranded for hours due to delays. Really not what you expect from a customer service place and charged 23 pounds for 4 coffee/chocolate. Last time I get something there, that's for sure.

Fast service, cafe is situated in cinema lobby. Limited seating but quality of coffee is as expected.

Coffee chain at the NEC. They choose not to accept loyalty cards here so no points or prizes for loyal Starbucks customers. Visited during a trade show event. Coffee was sub standard and certainly not good value. If this store was on a high street it would be closed by now. Overpriced and disinterested staff.\\nZero gluten free options.
