My overall experience at Subway locations across Birmingham has been good. But today's visit was exceptional. I took my daughter with complex special needs into the Hagley Road location and was pleasantly impressed by the customer service provided by their employee Sehaj Singh. He was extremely kind, patient and respectful not only to me but also my daughter. He allowed her as much time as she needed to place her independently and I cannot put in words how much this meant to me and my daughter. I usually avoid going into restaurants to order because the staff are impatient and seemingly annoyed by my daughters slow requests. That was not the case today and his kindness has been the highlight of our day. He has raised the bar for customer service and although I thanked him repeatedly, he humbly responded that he was just doing his job. I do agree, but he was doing his job exceptionally well and I want everyone who reads this post to commend him for it. Thank you again Sehaj. We will see you again soon.Parking: Parking immediately outside the location was not ideal but I was able to park close by thanks to my daughters Blue Badge.

I absolutely loved my sandwich. I ordered a tuna and it was very well prepared by the server. It was fresh and tasted delicious. The store is very well kept and the staff is extremely polite and they give good suggestions for the sandwich. It is a must visit if you want to enjoy a delicious sub.
