The staff were rude and disrespectful. There were three of them on the counter at lunchtime on 5th January 2024. They exhibited such distain for the customers placing orders. I’m not sure if Starbucks have a new policy of employing rude lowlifes but it’s not working for the customers. We left in horror at the treatment we received.

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever had the misfortune of going to and I travel all over the country. When will someone take note of the bad reviews ? Attitude problem from top to bottom. Staff need to remember that customers pay their wages and not treat them like an inconvenience. Also, I don’t want a takeaway cup so don’t charge me for one just because you have decided not to use crockery!!!!!!!

Time if visit 16:35 server Amelia. (Supervisor) extremely poor disgusting behaviour! I requested my drink is remade as it was not what I ordered. I stated I get 3:4 drinks a day from the city and this one is the evening coffee. I stated drink isn’t right and I said it requires more pumps she said no it doesn’t! Then when she asked the guy who made it he confirmed he made a different drink to what I ordered. She always refuses to give me a receipt and told me all the staff say I complain all the time! I only request my drink is made to how it should if I am paying. I asked if she could make me another drink she shouted I’m not an octopus and said whatever! This lady needs to get trained how to speak to people extremely rude and obnoxious and I don’t understand why the attitude. I was calm and polite through my whole approach and yet she chose to start throwing things about!!! Franchise train your staff or get the week staff back as these new kids are terrible and have the worse attitude! Contact me as you will see the quantity of drinks I order from your store!!!! Such a waste as great location but awful disgusting staff !!!!!! Especially Amelia. And to have this person as your supervisor says a lot about you!!! Who tells their customers that the staff don’t like them… if you make your drinks properly then customers won’t complain… this girl has no logic include how to talk to people in your training ! Will come in handy for this person should they wish to progress in life…!

Good place to have a coffee for take away or meet up with friends. Plenty of parking (owned by Asda) but time limit applies (1.5 hours). Not very big and could be full at times. Make sure that you come at a right time to have a good peace at enjoying your coffee.

If I could give this Starbucks less than 1 star then I would. The staff are incredibly rude and have attitude problems and the coffee is awful. I’ve heard bad things from other people too. On the three occasions we have been, we have been ignored, told they were closing (it was not closing time) and experienced bad customer service. I asked for a non dairy milk and still got cows milk. I think the manager needs to consider some customer service training for their staff.

Brought some starbucks coffee off amazon that wasn’t grounded so i thought id go to my nearest Starbucks, tried ringing before i went to make sure i could get it grounded but there phone was disconnected. Got there and waited in the queue and thought id ask the guy directing the queue so i said can i get this grounded to Metal filter and he said ok “American filter” He went and asked if they could grind the coffee and he said no and i asked why and they said they couldn’t because they’re a franchise store which i found a really poor excuse and then also said they couldnt grind it because other customers might expect them to ground their coffee for them which didnt make no sense as if someone brought coffee from there store what are no going to grind beans for the customer ? As it was Starbucks coffee they should of been willing to grind it now i have to send it back to amazon and get a refund because of them idiots.

Bread was stale. Bearded guy put his own choice of music on and started singing much to the annoyance of any customers. I thought unlimited drinks included coffee. He was about to charge me after i'd paid £4.70; he took the coffee back off me and left it on the side counter. He said he was going to drink it! He then offered it to a colleague who didn't want it! It went cold ... and stayed on the side - I very much doubt he'd drink it, so petty.

Small Subway branch in same car park as ASDA and Starbucks. Usual fare with hot/cold drinks. Very little seating available.

Slow service, staff not really bothered about being there.. All 3 stars are just because the food is nice.

Not a good experience today. One man put the meat on the sandwich and the other man said no too much so he had to take off half the meat. They no longer do the £3meal deal. The kids meals were awful asked for ham and turkey which we have always had but they said no only 1 meat, put very little salad on had to ask for more. Not a pleasant experience had better service in other subways.

Standard Subway. My meal was okay. Service was good. Very long wait. Long queue. Popular. I would use again.
