I went in with a few friends, and when making the sandwiches, there was basically zero meat put on. Half a scoop on a 6inch! When asked to add in a little more, we were told it would be an additional £3 charge. I would recommend any other branch. For the price you're paying, all you're getting is bread and sauce

Trainee was the only staff member. Me + 1 deliveroo driver were the only customers. Waited 15 mins for service while she faffed and was on the phone, "2 mins, 2 mins, 2 mins". Gave up in the end. Korean round the corner is nice!

I ordered via the app. Then when I went in sub wasn’t ready. Despite it being 10 minutes later then allotted time having ordered 1 hour early. They forgot to check system. I told them to cancel, he said he would. However I have not recieved refund. I went back to the shop to ask for refund as they promised and they said contact head office. I did contact head office and they haven’t helped either and said store should have refunded me. Poor so basically no refund for something they couldn’t provide.

Never again. 4 meatballs on a foot long? I asked if that was correct and I was told it was. I’m currently awaiting response from subway, seems the staff don’t know the quantities of ingredients to use, or the franchise owner expects better margins from the products being sold. Save yourself the meal deal £9+ and get a sandwich from Greggs.

Everytime I go in I seem to be waiting for ever to get served. 1 gentleman in front of me this morning at just gone 9am. 1 person serving. 5 mins to get served where he started taking my order then Stopped before starting it to go and finish the first guys order. Need more staff on. I ended up walking out before he started my order.

I think of one day of me having visited there in 2018. They prepared more cold-cuts than it was necessary as if they expected bigger caseload then actually happened. Therefore cold-cuts looked not quite fresh so I took a veggie sandwich.

2 members of staff, new sandwich maker, the potato wedges looked like mashed spuds. Other half wasn't amused. Got them changed. Will I visit again doubt it
