Regular customers waited over an hour for food. Food came wrong bear in mind it’s the same thing we order every time and when called up to get it sorted was told to not order from this place again. Not happy with the customer service at all. Will be taking my money else where.

Ordered my food on just eat at 6.10 still waiting at 8.10 not answering the phone absolutely fuming had to stand and cook for my ten year old that was starving disgusting never had a problem with them until now ?

Well I ordered food and waited age's for it to come and couldn't even get though yo find out what's going on with my order and hasn't it come yet

Called up today because I had an issue with my previous order. And they was very polite lovely customer service, ? and sorted me out ASAP. Delivery was super fast. Food received was hot and delicious. They don't cover my area but they got the food to me. Will recommend, and the person on the phone today was lovely....ps he needs a pay rise lol . Thank you

(Review pertains to Arden Rd)Always friendly, always fast, always tasty. Sometimes the chicken is a little dry, but mostly juicy.I recommend boneless BBQ strips and the Ringer Burger. The Mega Mighty Burger is good, but it's hard to finish and the spicy chicken fillet is generally dry.I think overall the flavour of their coating beats out other chicken places, it's a little peppery but the taste is good. I rate Superios higher than the Longbridge KFC store by a long shot.I'm a twice weekly regular and there's no regret.

Food came here piping hot.Wedgies piping hot a d veggie burger.Very fresh.wouldnt hesitate to buy from again.Carnt speak more highly of.My daughter loved her chicken burger and wedges too.10 out of 10

Good food go there after school and get some wings, I have been going there for years now only ever had a few bad times but apart from that amazing cheap food
