We first sat at the bar with Gina who gave us an incredible welcome, and was personable and fun-loving as she made us beautiful cocktails and advised us on the drinks menu. Mark then guided us downstairs and introduced us to the gorgeous restaurant - the pictures tell no lies! - and kindly seated us at a comfortable booth beneath the blossom. Erica came over to work us through the delicious menu and supported with our table's dietary requirements exceptionally (we chose the Emperor's Choice) and remained so attentive throughout the evening, pouring our champagne (with thanks to other great colleagues in passing!). Our meal was fantastic and faultless, and came with stunning presentation just like our drinks did. Our meal was finished by a wonderful sentiment gifted by Erica, with a personalised message for our celebratory evening. This was an absolute highlight - and the title of our review! :) For how much fun we had, and how comfortable we were made to feel, we decided to head back up to the bar where we received even further great service from Gina, then joined by Jodi. Jodi made us more great drinks and was equally as charming as everyone else who had treated us so nicely. Money well spent, with a concluding statement and huge thank you on how delivering good hospitality work is hard, and takes an incredible amount of effort. The entire team at Tattu Birmingham - named and otherwise - clearly went above and beyond on to ensure we had a great time. Thank you all, we cannot wait to return.

We hired a private room for a client event. Service was outstanding. Food was great, and plenty of it. Not cheap, but where is?! Would be very comfortable recommending and were very well looked after by the team. I preferred this one to the one in Manchester!!! Thank you.

Absolutely incredible service from start to finish. Our waiter Mo was so kind and considerate to the fact me and my partner hadn’t eaten here before, he went through how the menu worked with us and even gave us some amazing recommendations after we told him we weren’t a fan of spicy food. He is a credit to the Tattu team and made our night so enjoyable! Would also like the mention the gentleman who saw us to our table (didn’t catch his name) was also so lovely and welcoming! Food was outstanding!! Couldn’t have asked for a better service if we tried. We will definitely be returning in the future!

This restaurant is absolutely beautiful. The ambiance, food, staff were incredible. If you are looking for a special dining experience I cannot recommend Tattu enough. We had the Sunday lunch and to say we were blown away by the food is an understatement. The duck was the best duck I have ever had. Everything was cooked to perfection with incredible flavours and the white chocolate dragon egg was to die for.

There was a problem with one of the items we ordered, and your server Nico went above and beyond to make thing right with us.
