I visited Whittard at the bullring train station birmingham couple of times already and always had a nice experience before. I dont know why today the staff today (a lady at the cashier) seemed very not nice and not respectful just because we tried to pay using student discount. No sample was given too. Feeling disappointed.

Ordered to store a coronation pack but when I got there they tried to give me a normal jute bag saying they ran out was write annoyed
Literally twice the price per gram of other tea merchants for Assam TGFOP1 and Lapsang Souchong (I stopped looking at that point).

The tea and drinks are fine however don't expect to pay the advised price. I selected an item with a price sticket only to be charged more at the till and was told it was human error and that I would be charged the price on the till system. The manager/supervisor was relatively rude and nonchalant about it. Not a great experience overall. The milk oolong tea is ? though.
