I have been in this Costa a few times now because it’s the closest one for me. The staff are friendly and helpful. I got served quickly and the order came out just the way I love it! Great stuff!

Coffee was lovely as always except for the staff on this occasion. The store manager handled a situation quite abruptly and unprofessional. She had no time to listen to how the cashier had made a small mistake. We all make mistakes and the cashier was lovely. Just handled badly afterwards from management and told me a lie. I left feeling upset and no customer should feel this way.
