THEY NEED HAIRNETS!!!Came in here and there was a couple of very polite girls, but they had waist length ponytails with no hair nets. One of the girls was quite short so as she lent over to put the salad on my sandwich her full ponytail flopped on to my sandwich.… she didn’t notice and I was too polite to say something. They either need to wear hairnets or put their hair in a bun so it doesn’t literally flop on to the food. Just a bit grim. Has put me off. Needless to say I didn’t eat my sandwich

Can never get the order right ask for toasted and it comes absolutely freezing like it's straight out the fridge not toasted and always have stuff missing

More fool us for continuing to use this awful store. They have never got an order completely right for us, and we will without a doubt be driving the extra 5 minutes to Aldridge Subway from now on, who are actually capable of making a sub.The past two times we have been, they have given us ham instead of turkey. We haven’t ate pork for years, and both times we have taken a bite into our sub and spat it back out over the replacement of ham instead of Turkey. You’d think they’d be on the ball more considering giving someone pork could go against their religious beliefs.Last time we went, we had to remind the staff to change their gloves for the gluten free bread as they began making my sub completely cross contaminated with the same gloves AND KNIFE! To which they huffed at, and had to throw the bread away.Both times we have taken our subs back, to be told we ordered ham (which we most definitely did not). When the sandwiches have been remade (much to their dismay!), they have been made so poorly as if we are to be punished for the incapabilities of the staff.Staff make you feel extremely uncomfortable. Don’t use this subway! I’d rather spend the money over the road in Tesco, and slap an abysmal sub together with my eyes closed to get a better meal. Didn’t realise it was such a hard job piecing 2 single meat 6 inch subs together.

Customer services was beyond discussing, food was wrong and refused to replace so I went in and asked to sort it out started shouting at me went on the phone and the other member of staff served us and there was hardly any salad and I had to tell her she put jalapeños on instead of gherkins will not be returning to this one again

Food was awesome... But the staff are very unfriendly... They look at you gone off. They seriously need to work on their customer service. Also when you buy a meal deal ... They want to put it through on the till as a meal deal as I spent way more than u should have

Bad customer service. Bought a hot toasted footlong and 2 tubs of ice cream for delivery and somebody at Subway thought it would be a good idea to package it all in the same delivery bag. Food obviously arrived cold. I called the store and no refund or offer of a hot replacement.

Edit : Owner has not made any attempt to contact me other than to reply that they where sorry and contact just eat for a refund .EAT AT YOUR OWN PERIL . DO NOT TAKE FOOD FROM THEM AT THE DOOR UNTIL YOU KNOW ITS WHAT YOU ORDERED AND APPROACH THEM WITH CAUTION AS THERE NOT THE NICEST OF PEOPLE AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT THERE FOOD AND WHAT AND HOW ITS DELIVERED TO YOU .Cold food .Wrap was cold . Hash browns where cold not heated at all . No cheese on the sub . Gravy was cold not heated at all . Sausages where cold when arrived not sure they where warmed either .Driver was just about to leave with my drink as said you don't have a drink with order . And I did . So he had to go back to his car . Terrible service and over priced for the deal !! Will not be using them againManager was supposed to call not heard anything from them . So they have been paid for food that was not consumed. There staff are rude and abusive.Just eat will not refund as I went to the chain direct for rectification . The food standards agency are currently looking at them as they have not had a review in 3 years . So eat here at your own peril !!!

This must be the slowest fastfood in England. Three staff on three guests and I still had to wait 15 minutes for a simple meal??? That and the fact that I got cold food despite of asking for warmed-up makes it one of the worst, too.

Rude staff who just ignore customers in front of them and also soaking wet floor with no wet floor signs out at all. Never known such terrible service to a paying customer. Thank god this isn't a regular visited place.
