Food was ok. Unfortunately, ordered through the app. Had to go and chase up our food after an hour, to be told there had been a problem with the ticket machine in the kitchen and so then had to wait another 15 mins for food. At least half of the time we go there is a problem with ordering on the app, with either missing food orders or more usually missing drinks orders. Very frustrating indeed.

Never had a bad meal here. Always excellent value for money, and helpful, friendly staff.Must say, we were all a little annoyed that they'd ran out of chicken for any kind of burger.

Ate here for lunch a good bit of food, if you're driving about in a starving mood in brownhills or in the Walsall area I highly recommend, alot of options for steak and mixed grill type food, 2 mains for £11 as of now and they're good medium portions. Very quaint and nice people and the staff are brill ? 15/03/24

Met a friend here Saturday afternoon. Very few people in, yet still couldn’t get served. 2 members of bar staff talking to each other for what seemed like for ever maybe only a few minutes. The staff members names were Mo and Kate. When we did eventually get served the beer was flat and not very nice we decided not to complain but just to leave and have food somewhere else.
