A lovely male worker not sure of his name helped me out the other day he was sat by the front door he want all the way over to the range to get me a trolley for my daughter to sit in and was more than happy to do so

There's been a big change, the car park now has less disabled drivers spaces, and now loads of parents and toddlers, so i guess Asda living only wants parents with children, shopping here now. I've been coming here ever since it opened, I used to love shopping here, but as a disabled driver, I'm not wanted anymore. The rest of the car park is also full, because of the large amount of shops but again limited car parking.Boots, Greggs, Pharmacy, Next, The range, M&S food Hall, Card shop, all those people visiting, are taking up Asda Living Car Park. But it makes me really mad, for people to put booster seats in their car, no children, just a seat, so they can park in Perents & Toddles car spaces. This shopping center is mostly out of reach if you haven't got a car, and if you're disabled, they no longer want your money, Parents spend more money .This is the last time i will be coming here, Asda Living you better change your policy, bring back the lost disabled parking. And get the car park warden to look out for all those cheating.Zero marks out of 10

Thoroughly disgusted with this store today. Big display of Fifa 23 game by the entrance as well as upstairs. Picked one up, stood in the queue to pay and then waited for the assistant to find game only to be seen told they hadn't got any!!!!!That's 1/2 hour of my life i wont get back
Dreary building and staff. We get its Asda but it shouldn't be this sad to visit.

I used the 'returns' facility at Asda Living, Warwickshire Shopping Park on Friday 8th April at 9am and would like to applaud the youg man who served me.
He was really helpful and certainly brightened my day. He is a credit to your company.
A big thank you from me to him!

Rude worker named Amanda, slagging off staff, was very unhelpful when I was asking about a duvet cover, which had wrong price on shelf! Will stop shopping here now
