We used to order from here regularly, the food was always super nice and good quality for the price.Today was unfortunately the last time. I don’t know if the owner/management changed but the food is just horrible. Fries are extremely hard, very weird texture, barely edible. I always get the piri piri chicken burger. Oh boy… I’ve never seen such a thin chicken patty. I’ve attached pictures because I couldn’t believe how thin it is. It used to be a nice piece of chicken breast. All I could taste was bread. Very disappointing, they’re just ripping you off… £7.50 for that.

Burgers were fine so happy with that . Probably 4/5. Just annoyed with the chips which where really (fries). They were very very dry giving them a 1.5/ 5. Because had Ordered extra , so not worth it , just ended up throwing them away.

No photos for this!hate it when two hours pass and your still waiting on food.It happened to my husband an when we cancelled, 15 minutes later I get a call asking do I still want the food I replied explained the long wait had forced me to make different eating arrangements.The worker/driver had even said discount.I laughed and said no.

I have been ordering from this place for over a year every week and in the last few weeks the customer service went down. Last week we were waiting for the pizza for more than estimated time and the driver left the pizza outside without ringing the bell so essentially we were left with cold food! When we called the shop they have put the phone down on us.IT LOOKS LIKE I CANT REPLY TO YOUR ANSWER BUT YOU HAVE REMOVED ME FROM THE MAILING LIST AS WELL SO I BELIEVE WE SHOULD LEAVE IT AS IT IS

I went to a friend's house for her birthday and we had a takeaway from here. My friend normally has no problem and it was my first time using the restaurant. Her 5 year old son was with us. My friend ordered around 19:40pm through Just Eat and after two hours of waiting, we called them in which they replied it was on its way. (We we informed the wait would be an hour). We were so hungry and I called them again around 21:50 asking for some milkshakes or something extra for inconvenience and courtesy. Knowing the five year old needed food and to go to bed we called numerous times around 10pm and the line was saying 'it is not possible to connect your call'. We were wondering if the delivery guy had gone to look for a chicken for our dinner or was on a bike. We don't know whether they struggle with communication between online orders or leave it until last min to look at the online queue focusing on customers in the restaurant as a priority. What is frustrating is just eat sent a text to my friend saying 'enjoy your meal' after one hour of it not arriving. When the food arrived the drinks were wrong and the kid cannot drink fizzy pop and they didn't send his correct drink and he went without. My food was too spicy which I did not like and contained probably two bits of chicken in my wrap if I was lucky. My friends chicken tasted nice but her salad only had one piece of tomato and cucumber. Our food was Luke warm and not fresh. My food tasted like leftovers from a bin and it was the worst food I've eaten from what I can remember from a takeaway We will say the staff were polite especially the delivery driver who came at 1015pm.i am really hoping for some form of compensation especially because it was my friends birthday and a five year old had to wait until 10,15,pm to eat and finally go to bed. Very upsetting experience. ? All of this at an expensive price of £27.00 and not even being a weekend. We would love to know what went wrong.

Ordered for takeaway took over two hours to deliver to somewhere 10minutes away, kept telling me for over an hour that it was "5 minutes away" when it finally DID show up it was stone cold.The staff lied and told me they had rang the driver and he said 5minutes, the driver denied saying that so yeahThey lie as well

Be careful here all the prices are wrong on the board being advertised to the public. Food should have come to around £13 and was charged nearly £20. I asked why and they said the menu prices have changed… no problem but if they can print x amount of menu to have on the counter in the shop they can change the price on the board…. After all the original prices are written on the board with sticky labels.

A very good experience, placed an order for collection for 9 burgers for the family just half an hour before iftar and managed to get them right on time. The burgers were delish and perfectly put together. JazakAllahu khayran ?
