Ordered from Deliveroo, no option to leave a review. The meatball pasta was so bland it may as well have had no sauce on it.. garlic dough balls and dip was great and fries were good, but there was a LOT of salt in the fries. I would recommend just getting a microwave meal, they have more flavour than the pasta I was

Placed an order on uber eats, it took over an hour to arrive. Rang the restaurant and dealt with an unprofessional and dismissive staff member. I understand that ubereats is the go between but the lack of care/empathy from the restaurant has ensured I will go eat elsewhere.
All the staff were super friendly and attentive. The food was delicious- usually kids menus aren't great and we were able to get a 3 course meal for my 7 year old at a fantastic price and he enjoyed all of it!

We went for a dinner and the food was nice. We got carbonara, gelato, hot honey pizza, flatbread and a few other things.The starters were really nice but the pastas didn’t have much flavour to them but they were okay. The pizza was a bit soggy and didn’t have too much of the hot honey taste.The service was the part which threw me off, we ordered via the website. The front of house was kind and helpful. However after ordering another server came by and he had a strange attitude to the meals we ordered and it put us off asking for help later on. By the time we ordered desserts, we waited for around 20 mins and went into check when we realised they haven’t even checked our order and haven’t started on it. They also didn’t have the flavour we asked for and it didn’t mention it on the website, so we ordered a different one and had to stand in front of the cart to get our dessert.I have been to the one in Birmingham and had high expectations for this one as well but unfortunately I was not satisfied.Honestly 2.5 stars.

I came here to celebrate my 15th birthday, my birthday was on the 26th july but we celebrated it todayThe food was very good, the service was good and we didn't have to wait very long, and the atmosphere is very nice! 5/5 I definitely recommend to people visiting Coventry!

We were welcomed in warmly by a staff member who was managing the shift. Lovely atmosphere and tasty food which was reasonably priced. The waitress was patient with all our deliberations choosing our drinks and food. My daughter did not like her drink so it was changed without a quibble. Desert was to die for. A perfect family outing! We will definitely return.

Not a great number of vegan options but the ones Bella Italia does have are delicious! I've been three times in the past year and it has never disappointed! I've had the vegan bolognese, vegan margherita pizza, and the vegan buffalo pomodoro as mains, the bruschetta as a starter, and the cookie dough as a dessert!
