“For those of you who might be worried that having new management might change this wonderful pub, then I’d like to put your fears at rest. I was there yesterday (Sunday 29th Oct) with my wife, my dad and my Aunt & Uncle and can honestly say that the Greyhound has lost none of its charm, atmosphere or great food & drink. Darren & his team worked absolutely tirelessly to make sure everyone was happy and that the food came out in good time. Remember…this is a busy & popular pub, the meals are all cooked from fresh so don’t expect to be served in 5 minutes! Having spoke to Darren during the course of the afternoon he explained how he wants to keep the pub exactly as it’s always been…and even try to improve on a few things. He clearly understands that this is a little gem of a canalside pub and wants to keep it that way. By the way, we all had the Sunday roast and it was amazing!! Make sure you take a good appetite with you if you go for the ‘regular’ £12.95 size with a combination of meats…!! Very happy customers who will be returning very soon.Parking: The tarmacced car-park is quite small, but there is plenty of overflow parking…albeit a bit rough.Kid-friendliness: Ideal place for families.”

“Came here for my daughter's 18th birthday, watching the rugby on the big screen as well as some good music in the background. Add a few decent pints of Madri and cocktails for my daughter, a good night was had by all. Love how the layout differs with twists and turns, rather than just an open room ??”

“What a find? Visited the Car Museum and fancied a Sunday Lunch. Short walk away Artisan Bar and Grill. Very good price £25 for a three course meal. Prawn cocktail was delicious, cold and very fresh. Roast beef was literally melt in the mouth. Took my daughter and grandsons 9 and 12. They had the children's meal which was fantastic too. A hidden Gem. Staff were above and beyond. Will definitely be going back.”

“A stop off to Toby for a decent breakfast before NEC show.Decent breakfast it was too for 8.50.Access, easy, (watch the exit on the slip road). Parking, plenty. The lady was bossy / seemed grumpy with us but got us all served quickly! Blimey, the building seems stuck in a time warp. Other than this, spot on.”
