best customer service and their food bangs, great prices iswell. very intentive and this is defo my new fav chicken shop.he made me fresh chicken and fries when they were 15 mins from closing. it was very generous of them.very kind over the phone too, i wish i took the mans name but he was very kind in explaining everything. great fast food restaurant

Honestly so surprised with how polite and lovely service I received, the gentleman on the phone was so kind told me about all the chicken meals till I found one I liked the sound off. He was extremely polite and attentive. the delivery guy accidentally went to the wrong address ( mistakes happen) he apologise multiple times was at my door within 5 mins and was extremely polite. The food was nice! Chips crispy and alter to perfection! Best take out experience I’ve had in a long time.. also apple pies are so much nicer than mcd’s , very happy customerKid-friendliness: Polite and attentive!

Do not eat food from here I found a blood clot in my chicken when I told the manager he told me to f off I have reported the issue to the authorities they should not be selling this type of food it's not fit for human consumption

Food is always great and they go out there way to help.Friendly people and their slushy prices are a bargain.The woman that works there could take a leaf out of her colleagues book as she isn’t the most welcoming, but she attentive and will get the order correct.Sometimes I’ve had to wait a while at the counter but that’s because the workers are working round the back and not because they’re having a chat like other neighbouring shops.Over all I would definitely recommend dixy chicken jubilee
