A distinct lack of onions and jalapeño peppers on the American Hot and this is becoming a common theme at this branch. I might have to find somewhere that puts more than a token gesture of toppings on their pizzas.

Waited over 50 minutes for pizza and cheesy garlic bread to turn up on a Saturday night, garlic bread had near enough no cheese and was dry, same as the pizza, dried out, bland and COLD! Not even an apology from delivery driver. Absolute waste of £25+. The food was cooked well over an hour ago before it got to me. Left to sit on the box on the side in the shop. Worst domino’s I’ve had! Do not waste your money on this store.

STAFF ARE SO RUDE. I spoke to this lady she said I can’t order because I called late. I called at 10pm she said no I can’t take your order because we close at 11pm which made no sense to me whatsoever I told her that she’s not being reasonable then she said okay hurry up and give me your order so rude and so unprofessional.

Pizzas are smaller, they also said it was made on the tracker and the guy hasn't even started making it yet he's fallen behind so I'm guessing the tracker is just fake

Illiterate staff ..serves your order like they are doing a favour... Customer service is nonexistent...

I would have given a zero if I could. The quality has definitely gone downhill. Ordered 2 small pizzas and 7 chicken wings. Received 2 small pizzas with almost no chicken pieces on them. Whatever pieces were there they were tiny. The 7 pieces chicken wings had 3 wings and 3 niblets. When I took the order back to the shop, they gave me a new order without even an apology but re-packed that and handed it over to another poor soul waiting to collect his order. Please avoid all at costs.

Second time in a roll I notice the amount of pepperoni on my pizza are much less then it used to be. Idk if that’s a company change or Im just getting unlucky. I’ll try a different domino’s next time to test it
