I got an extraordinary experience when I visited, during the promo season. The lady staff helped me register and placed order on ny phone, despite the huge turn up, but didn't get her name for excellent service. I finally bought big size of 13.5", sold for £23 but bought it for £5, medium for £2 and a free pack. My hands were full and day was yummy ?.Bring another exciting promo for the Christmas period.
The only good thing about this place is the food, the staff were so rude. They constantly ignored me and my friends after we asked about our food that was supposed to be ready 20 minutes ago. They even rolled their eyes at us and just kept saying that it'll be out soon. I ordered one pizza and it took over 40 mins to arrive. I complained about there attitude towards me and all they could say was "oh". They missed a whole pizza out of a friend's order and accused us of lying. The cooks where always on their phones, or just talking to each other while orders piled up. Absolutely disgusting.

My personal rating would be negative 5 stars.Extremely disappointing customer service, and i am talking about the manager, not even the staff. Never seen such an irresponsible and ignorant being as a manager before.Additional benefits including extremely poor time management, rude and condescending behaviour etc.
