Disgusting service. Pizza was undercooked and doughy, it’s hard to believe it was in the oven for longer than a minute. I filed a complaint and the response was poor and unapologetic. I’ve since sent them photos and demanded a refund. That was days ago and I’m still waiting for them to get back to me. Don’t eat here unless you want food poisoning.

The pizza had that much sauce on it was floppy and was disgusting. My partner had come out of the hospital, and I wanted something nice for us to eat, so I went to you. I still had to cook a total waste of money. I would never go

i am incredibly disappointed with their attitude concerning allergens, i rang up to confirm if one of their new deserts contain nuts or not as the ingredients are not displayed online, a guy called BAMBO answered the phone and then once i said the reason for calling he ended it. i rang again thinking he may of done this by accident but he was being rude and said ‘i don’t know if you want to order then do it but if you need ingredients look online’ he then proceeded to end the call twice even though i explained there not displayed online and then i rang again and he picked up again he was extremely rude completely disregarding my problem and staff should be trained for this basic knowledge that should be displayed clearly in their kitchen or in an allergen book.

The only issue I have is when collecting your order there is no parking, you have to park further down the road which is not suitable.The queue of customers can fill up the shop quickly as it's not very big to have more than 8 people.They need to serve the customers quickly as my collection order was paid via online 45 mins prior and the app told me its ready to collect but waited 8 mins just hanging around in shop with other waiting customers.

I'm not sure, but i think we was missed one free pizza, if I'm wrong then i will apologise! We was wolk in (litle in rush) ordered pizza, collect by our self, just when we was went off and enjoy pizza we realised that we supposed get one free, it is nothing to branch, maybe staff was made mistake, but yeah litle disappointed..
