I work close to the place, and I only have 30 minutes for lunch. When I don't bring my own meal, I go to Greeks. The service was always quick and very accurate. I just don't like ordering a bacon cheese wrap because it's always cold and hard. I can quickly make my light, healthy meal and get back to work.

One of your working is very rude the restaurant is very untidy most of the table are left unattended and not clean the staff need a brush up on customer service

Absolutely disgusting customer service, they are currently only processing cash transactions and there are some signs places around the store emphasising this. I'm tired and hungry and didn't have cash on me , only my card. Easy mistake to miss the signs in the morning. One of the staff members humiliated me when I was about to purchase one of the baked goods saying out loud and complaining to a Tesco cashier, " IT'S NOT MY FAULT PEOPLE DON'T READ THE SIGNS !". I walked out just making it clear that I'm tired. They literally have one job, it's not that hard to give good customer service

New store, bigger, but seems they haven’t thought out the staff levels.Used to go there regularly now bypass it as the queue is always out the door and slow moving. The few times I’ve joined the queue you see people getting fed up and leaving it.The food is great, the staff when you do get to the front, are friendly and responsive.Opportunity to increase their popularity and revenue is being massively missed though as I know I’m not alone in no longer going there because of the queues.

The new store opened not long ago.1st time I've been in this store today.They rang out of sauages by 10.30am . The queue can be long and slow.The old store was 2 units down from here. They only have 2 people serving and making your food. God I miss the old staff and the old store.I'll give it 1 more go but the staff/store need to be more customer focused to improve.
