I'm no 'morning person' but Mark served me today with a big smile on his face and perfect customer service.Ordered some food and had to wait for the next batch of sausage rolls and his communication was great, thankyou Mark!Oh and the food was great as usual, can't go wrong with a greggs ?

visited on the 30th sept, must say the young lady serving is in need of being taught manners and how to talk properly, no please or thankyou and so miserable, i cant imagine any business wanting to have this young lady at front of house. Then after being thrown our food and coffee being slammed down we were told card or correct change only. Took her 3 attempts to say that so we could understand her.ABSOLUTE DISGRACE

Ordered a pasty and sausage roll, totalling £3.05, tried to pay cash, was informed they didn't have change, I didn't want to pay by card. Cashier called supervisor who would prefer to lose a sale for the sake of 5p retail cost, and probably less than a fifth of a penny actual cost price, all for sake of a bit of goodwill for their inability to maintain a floated till. Greggs UK, you now have a bad review, an annoyed customer who has just shopped at your nearest competitor, St. Ives Pasty, who's service and products were excellent, where do you think I'll be shopping in future?
